Between 2017 and 2019 I’ve been involved in the redesign of the identity of the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna. There, I designed a modular design system and coordinate identity.

The project, which culminated in the creation of a visual identity manual, included the definition of the logo, departmental symbols, colour palette and typographical rules, as well as the design of dynamic applications for the automatic production of patterns and coordinated materials.The identity was applied to institutional, editorial and digital materials, with the aim of creating a visual language that was consistent but open to variation, capable of representing the plurality of the Academy and its experimental dimension.
